Medisoft monitoring

Each health facility keeps its own database. Those databases arrive here as backups. This board opens them one by one and reads the same figures the facility dashboard uses.

Hosted for the system owner. Facility names come from each backup’s address table.

How these figures are counted

These are the same rules as the facility usage dashboard. The board applies them inside the selected backup only.

Patients received are distinct patients with a visit in the period. Discharged visits are left out, and the patient must have a name on file. OPD, CPN, maternity, PCMIE, and the other visit tiles use that same visit list, grouped by the service name.

Lab exams are distinct patients with a completed lab result. Pharmacy is distinct patients with medicine actually dispensed. Sales invoices are private sales, not insured orders. IREMBO counts receipts paid through Irembo. Hospitalisation counts admitted patients who also have a hospitalisation order.

e-Transfer counts referrals in the period. Shared means that visit’s full e-transfer record was uploaded. Today on the visit tiles is the calendar day on the server, even when that day sits outside the selected period. Lab, pharmacy, sales, IREMBO, and hospitalisation count today only when today is inside the period.
